I lived here for almost 3 years. When I moved in, everything was covered in dust and grime. My blinds were yellow and stained. My kitchen cabinets were raw plywood inside and management told me to finish them all myself. Two out of four burners on the stovetop were broken and never fixed for 3 years despite multiple requests. My oven was broken for over a month and nobody would come fix it. My air conditioner went out from July through September. My water ran brown all the time and management... said that it's fine and to just wait it out. DO NOT drink the water here.

Absolutely Awful Management and Building
Headline says it all. Management never answers calls, water was out for two weeks and they refused compensation or accommodation. Building extremely old and overpriced, stay away at all costs. Heat is horrible, your unit will be 96 degrees in the summer. Unbelievably bad overall.
