So terrible there are not words
Their building is in a great spot but the change in management to Asset Living in June 2023 has made this property uninhabitable. They have let the property continuously degrade, with broken dirty and beyond repair. The main elevator in the building was down for seven months with no communication from the leasing office other than “it’s being worked on”. Also had no secured parking for over 9 months with a broken and nonexistent gate. We still had the pleasure of paying for parking though! The... extra fees that are tacked on to your apartment equate to an extra 250-300 dollars on top of the base rent. Definitely not even close to worth it to have to deal with the terrible, non responsive management. Do yourself a favor and give your money to someone who actually cares about the property they manage.

We're very sorry you feel that way. Fortunately, we're confident that the lion's share of your discontent is the result of a simple misunderstanding (or two). We urge you to contact a member of our leasing team so we can better resolve your concerns.... We look forward to hearing from you soon. — the team at Regatta Sloan's Lake, (720) 465-9836.
