The complex has its ups and downs. The local team is caring and tries to make it the best place they can. The location is very convenient— grocery store, coffee, restaurants, and schools nearby.

So far, I have found the community so enjoyable! The staff is great, and the people around are not loud. It seems to be a little hidden and tucked in between other apartments. No issues at all with parking. The community areas are kept clean and available for people to use. This has been a little gem in Fort Collins and I hope I can spend the next few years here.

It was a nice place to live but the walls were thin and I could hear conversations from other apartments in my apartment. They were older apartments and felt a little expensive compared to what we were getting in return.

Not terrible but felt a little too pricey for what the apartment was. I didn’t have many interactions with her, but one of the management was rude. I think she’s gone now though
