The maintenance guy was real proper about what he was doing but I'm still waiting for my storm windows I still would like to get a light in the parking lot I don't know that for ever going to happen

Great community and location for a fair price

Pros:
This is a great place to live and make friends at the same time. They also allow both cats AND dogs, which is hard to find around here. Cold and hot water are included and the heat is electric so it goes on my electric bill which means I have less bills to worry about. The location is also great because it has a rural feel, but the mall is only a 15-minute drive, grocery stores are 5 minutes, and most other shopping is 10 minutes.

Cons:
I docked a star because sometimes management is a... little tricky to work with (not always in the office during operating hours when you try to call them and maintenance is a little short-staffed so it can take some time for them to respond to maintenance requests.)
