Pine Rock Townhomes is a Student Only Housing community of 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouses conveniently located directly adjacent to the Southern Connecticut State University Campus. This community offers great amenities including in-unit washer and... dryer, ample parking including a spacious garage for storage, a short walk to campus and a gated community for added security. The newest off campus housing offering for the SCSU community and nearby colleges, Pine Rock Townhomes is the premier residence for under grad and grad students alike.

Units are rented by the bed, with shared common areas (living room, kitchen, etc).

Must be a student to apply.

Leases run until July 31st, 2024.

Applicants must undergo a background and credit check. We do provide LEAP easy as a guarantor program for $34.32 per month to those without a guarantor.

Great SCSU Housing

Awesome place for SCSU students. It's WAYYYY cheaper than housing on campus and feels so much FREER. There's no random room checks, there's no mandatory hall or floor meetings, no curfews for guests.

Great Place to Live

Great place to live! Safe neighborhood (besides the coyote in the construction lot. that thing does make me a bit uneasy lol), nice neighbors, FANTASTIC management and SUPER affordable. It's a great place to live while saving for a forever home.

Best SCSU housing

As a junior - this is the best living situation I’ve had. I spent 2 years on campus and pine rock apartments are significantly nicer and newer than my previous arrangements. The private bedroom and bathroom are a massive upgrade over the dorm living.
