If you hate sleep..this is the place for you!
Toss out that alarm clock!! Don’t worry…you won’t need it living here.
I am a travel nurse and have lived in countless apartments. This is the LOUDEST place I have ever lived. Oh..and they throw in a nice added fee for short term even though it’s right by the hospital.
Not travel nurse friendly at all.
Not “Luxury” at all. It’s giving dorm vibes.

Read before you sign your lease.Construction is horrific
They are building an apartment complex in the parking lot directly behind this building. The construction is so bad that it shakes the entire building, up to the top floor. RMS Management says construction will occur M-F from 7am to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 6pm for the next 16 months.

Good
Building is new, with clean and new apartments but they are not well insulated. You can hear street noise all the time, as well as light (you will need to buy and fix your own blackouts in order to sleep). They advertise coffee machines for residents which never works!
