Our home offers seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, your reservation will be terminated without refund. This unit is below a home used sometimes throughout the year and there may be some noise during the day, a portion of the year. We have done our best to mitigate sound transfer.
