Bonsai Apartments

Booked a tour but when I reached there nobody answered. I travelled from another state and later they called and when I explained what happened, the person who called me started arguing with me saying it's my fault.

I traveled over an hour to meet with my leasing representative, Matt. When I get there, there are no staff members on site. I used the intercom to get in contact with someone off site who says that they will contact my rep. After waiting outside of the building for 20 minutes, Matt gives me a call to say that our tour was the day prior. Mind you, I have the emails confirming for the day I show up. He continues to go back and forth with me about how my tour was the day prior. However, if my tour... was the day prior, why didn’t I receive an email or phone call when I didn’t “show up” to my “apparent scheduled tour”. After he continued to go back and forth with me, he asked if I wanted to reschedule. If this place can’t organize a simple tour, I can’t imagine what else they are unorganized about.
