I’ve lived at Crest for over half of a year and it’s been an enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and responsive, maintenance is quick, and the building is within a short walk to a lot of neat fast food restaurants, a CVS and grocers. Only issue is pets and their owners not cleaning after them. But they’re quick to clean once notified. Still, a good living experience with an affordable price.

Have been a resident for a over a year now. Have come to find that all that glitters isn’t gold. Since Spring have been trying to get my patio doors fixed. When it rains, the water comes underneath the doors. Needless to say, can’t leave the house when it rains because I am afraid the towels I have to put down won’t soak up the water, and I am dreading when it starts snowing. When I try to get a date from the management team, no one will get me a date. Everything is supposed to be sealed in the... apartments, recently had a mouse somehow get into my apartment. Took a week for them to have pest control come in and when they came, they just sprayed and told me to look for gaps. I had to catch it myself. When I did do a inspection and pulled out the refrigerator, washer, stove, and underneath the counters where they had to add pieces because they did not measure right, found clear gaps. I told the property manager that I needed for the gaps to be filled, tried to get in touch with her and hasn’t got back to me in two weeks. Now awaiting for DCRA to come in and inspect my apartment. Also, be prepared for very little hot water in the shower during the winter months, run it for a hour and it still doesn’t get hit. Sign the lease at your own risk.
