Dude, living here during my Capitol Hill internship was a total win! I mean, the place is in a safe part of DC, which is a relief. And the food around? Top-notch, seriously. It's dope being so close to the baseball stadium and Capitol Hill – makes getting around super easy.

Great Value Apartment Experience
The owner approached me recently with a kind request to share my experience living here, and I'm more than happy to oblige. Since moving in, I've been genuinely impressed with the modern, top-notch appliances that have made daily chores a breeze. The rent is surprisingly affordable, especially when you factor in the unbeatable location. Navy Yard, Nationals Baseball park, and One Life Fitness is just a walk away. There's an array of delightful eateries right around the corner, so foodies... rejoice! The weekly maid service has been an absolute lifesaver. The community room has become one of my favorite spots, offering a cozy environment to relax and mingle with other young students/interns at Capitol Hill. Above all, the management team here is stellar. They're attentive, professional, and always eager to assist. All in all, a fantastic place to call home!

Awesome Apartment - Capitol Hill DC
I recently moved into this apartment and I've been beyond pleased with my experience so far. One of the standout features has to be the new appliances; they're not only modern but also function seamlessly. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the rent, especially considering the prime location. There's a plethora of good food options just a short walk away, making dining out or grabbing a pickup order super convenient.
Additionally, the weekly maid service is a game-changer. It's... such a relief to come home to a clean space without having to lift a finger. The community room is another highlight - it's well-maintained, spacious, and provides a great spot to relax or socialize with neighbors. Lastly, I can't emphasize enough how wonderful the management has been. They're responsive, accommodating, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!
