I’ve had a great experience living at Zen Apollo. The community is welcoming, and the management team is always professional and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The location is very convenient with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads.



I also appreciate how responsive the staff is and how much they care about keeping the community running smoothly. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to call home.

I’ve been living at Zen Apollo for years and the staff continue to be friendly and courteous to their tenants needs. The building is always kept well cleaned and the apartments are well maintained with routine maintenance. The apartment sizes are fit according to future tenants wants and needs. The building is so old there is constantly maintenance on pipes causing hot water shut downs. The entire building is infested with cockroaches and pest control has to come every week, but that only will help for a few days. The air conditioning is controlled by the building owner so the cold air doesn't work until mid may which is absolutely brutal and you'll be cooking alive in your apartment. The front desk staff is friendly, but management is so disorganized you have to constantly follow up… on little things you ask about. The hallways constantly smell of either garbage or marijuana. Sure the rent is reasonable for the location, but you'll be wanting out of your lease as soon as you sign it. Read More
