Rude Management

Condescending and unhelpful office staff. But the apartments are fine.

An amazing Experience

First, Amy (Manager) and her team are some of the industry's most professional, patient, and knowledgeable apartment management teams. Even though the apartment was under construction, Amy kept all future tenants up to date and even assisted when the move-in date was delayed (occupancy permit related).

Second, the apartments are just perfect. The community is quiet and very well-maintained. Maintenance requests are completed timely. The resident portal is one of the most seamless apps I… have ever used.

Amy and her team make the living experience even better!
