Clogged drain - Same day service

Sent request for a clogged kitchen sink and an outlet issue. Not even 15 minutes later maintenance was at my door for issue. Both requests taken care of promptly.

Excellent management. property and location!

I am so happy that I decided to make Iron Hill Apartments my new home.
The property is nice, clean and well maintained.
I love my apartment; very spacious, a lot of natural light and great closet space!
The residents of the community are friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team are top notch.
I feel safe and at home here.
A special thanks to Carla and Bailey an awesome management team! Your caring, and helpfulness made this new chapter in my life a lot easier!

I moved here only because of Carla

You would never know anyone but her works there shes always answering my emails even after office hours listening to all of my needs here I will stay here as long as she works here she is a terrific young lady and makes you feel at home

Big Changes

When I saw my lease back in two thousand eighteen the complex was at a 2.5 in my book. It then drastically went down even lower, There were things in my apartment that weren't fixed since the day that I moved in and I was there almost over two and a half years. Call the office several times never had a chance to speak to anybody.Nobody was ever at the office for at least I swear well over a year. Then by the grace of God, I go to the Lisa's office and I meet Bailey, which is the new leasing... manager.Maybe a little bit over a year ago and from where the place was.She made it a complete 100%.Turnaround to where it is a great place to live.You know there's always going to be changes.That needs to be made but with her and the people she works with they're awesome. The maintenance staff are very polite and are willing to help you even if They're doing a job they're very tentative. Believe me, I've recommend this complex to anybody now 1000 percent you will enjoy your time here.
