My apartment is great, I have my place set up like it’s a rock and roll museum. It’s clean and organized, unlike the outside of the apartment. Without exaggerating, literally the entire complex is either disgusting, somewhat broke, and bug infestations. If you think this place is “great” all around, then it must be sunshine and rainbows because it looks awful. The only pros of this place is my apartment and the pool for the most part. I’ve only lived here for almost a year and I learned a lot... from this place. There’s no lack of improvement for the issues I stated. You pay a lot of money to live in a place that looks like it was raided by pigpen from Charlie Brown. Thats how bad it is and no I’m not exaggerating or being overdramatic but that’s what the outside feels like. No effort to maintain cleanliness outside my apartment at all. I can write a book about how much this place lacks things. Long story short, mostly everything SUCKS!!!
