Shining staff

The staff here really carries the vibe and makes this place stand out. Ricardo in particular is always so attentive and helpful, and he absolutely shines. Honestly Ric is the best member of staff to ask for any housing needs. Pretty spacious but you get what you pay for! very affordable.

In all honesty

Quick Summary: My leasing agent was Ashley and she was amazing throughout the whole process; answered all my questions and concerns with ease.
This is my second time renting so I will say some stuff has been given the landlord special but everything functions as it should and still looks great. My only issue was the initial cleanliness of the apartment; I knew I’d have to wipe things down but mold in the dishwasher and somebody’s medicine cup in the closet seems like something a cleaning service… would’ve fixed easily.

First time renter

First, Ashley is wonderful in answering all of my move in question. The application process was smooth. The apartment is spacious and ready to move in. Quite at night even with the long holiday weekend. Looking forward to having my own space again.

Don’t waste your time or energy !!!

Those positive reveiws are done by the staff, there’s NO WAY the property is amazing ! Literally the WORST place to live. They raise your rent with no warning.

Don’t move here

They are infested with huge RATS and the managers will be aware and will move you in and do absolutely nothing about it. Save your money and move elsewhere.
