David and Aria were the dream team/dynamic duo during my time here at POINTE. The apartment was phenomenal, the amenities were amazing, and the community feel/culture was so unique. The only reason we moved out was because we bought a home. 10/10 recommend.

Moved in to the complex when they first opened. Have been through multiple managers and maintaince staff. I can honestly say the place went from ok to the slums to great! The new manager Jill has really taken control of things. The maintaince guys (Eric, Chad, and Darren) are great guys, you have any issue they are right there to fix it. We thought about leaving at the end of our last lease. But with the new team, we decided to stay!

We are new to the area, so we had to very carefully select where to live. We liked the kitchens much better here than others in the area.

We’ve lived here for a year and it’s the worst complex we’ve lived in. Rules are not followed and not much is done to fix it.
When things are broken here, they are broken for a very long time. This “gated” community has broken gates for almost 7 months of our residency. Gotta follow up via email a number of times to get anything done.
Do yourself a favor, do not move here. Not worth the money.
