Be Aware
This is the worst apartment I ever lived in:
1. Make sure before you sign a lease to check for Molds. My daughter was sick with cough and difficulty breathing and someone advised me to check the apartment for mold. Once we checked the mold level, we found it very high “CRITICAL”, but the apartment manager won’t do anything. My daughter’s health improved immediately as soon as we moved from the apartment.
2. During one year rent, I’ve had over 10 A/C service request. These last 12 months it was... broken AT LEAST 4 times almost like clockwork every 2-4 weeks. They claimed they have replaced all the wiring, burnt out fuses, and topped off Freyon and it keeps breaking.
2. When you move out they will make sure they will bill you anything in order not to refund your security.
