How Is This Rating Determined?

A good community with a great location

It's a nice community which has a lot of pros. The location is good as it is right next to downtown boca, and the property itself has a lot of places you could go to such as the clubhouse, pool, and sauna. The only downside is that service takes some time to get here, and the apartment itself is a little old, but other than that it's just your average community.

Great Location

Wonderful living experience, top-notch. If you are looking for the feel of a 5-star hotel with a prime location, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it, especially since the new manager came in. I have seen huge improvements, from the landscaping to the parking, and the Jacuzzi. It's within walking distance of the best that all of Boca Raton has to offer, such as beaches, golf, dining, etc. The new property manager is phenomenal in every sense of the word. The staff is wonderful and... very attentive. "Resort style" doesn't even do it justice. Immense thanks to all the staff.

POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR MAINTENANCE,FILTHY

If your choice is between the Heritage and sleeping on the beach, you will be better off sleeping on the beach. Gym has been closed for 2 months and there is no opening date. No security whatsoever.

Location, location, location...

that's about it, no security gates, key fobs don't work, no sauna, no theater, renters treat this place like crap as they don’t pick up after their dogs...great location
