This is a super neat spot

The representative I met was so astonishing. Very positive very heavy in conversation and help me with everything I needed. If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is an absolute gym and the customer service representative leasing consultant is a special part of this company. She or her is the reason I signed the contract. I would definitely recommend schools are great in the area nice restaurants and it’s just peaceful.

would rather live on the streets

dirty, falling apart, they’ll tow you and fee you for everything & anything, the entire complex smells like weed, management sucks at their jobs and will not help you with anything except to take your money. would have had a better time living in my car

University pointe

This place is awesome! It have everything you could ever want in an apartment. Also I came in on a Friday too look at the apartments and I moved in next Monday. Adam from management did a great job.
