Not worth your time or money.
“Gated community” with walk-in access from the next door shopping plaza (sidewalks large enough for a vehicle to pass through and into the property).
You can hear EVERYTHING from every surrounding unit. Phone vibrations, soft music, footsteps, clear conversations... there is NO soundproofing whatsoever.
Thermostat settings are archaic & nearly impossible to override, they do not offer humidity control. You will routinely be woken up by the AC being overridden to 82F @ night, regardless of... settings, &will have recurrent problems with mold/mildew. Not reflective of “luxury” apartments.
Construction shortcuts& imperfections apparent all over the units. Kitchen floors have resin marks that become more visible over time(no matter how often or thoroughly you scrub), scratches &chunks scraped from doorways/frames, blinds have been crookedly installed (no consideration for door handles for example). No safety features for hot water heaters (they have popped a part and flooded multiple units with no warning systems in place on more than one occasion).
The gym is tiny and poorly ventilated.
The pool is beautiful & use of the grills is a bonus, but they are always piping in awful music quite loudly, which can't even be drowned out with your own headphones.
Parking is a nightmare. There is no designated visitor parking, which I found nice. However, there are not enough spaces for even one vehicle per unit.
The “dog park” is just a medium plot of square fence that eventually had a couple of chairs put in. Quite tiny really, especially considering the space that appears to be available.
There was property damage that resulted in a “fire watch” temp service being hired to sit in our parking lot all night without any notice to residents.
Absolutely no storage for the unit- no linen/utility closets or available space whatsoever. Good luck storing your towels, cleaning supplies, detergents, or the like.
With that being said the kitchen is gorgeous w/cabinets that extend high enough to allow for ample storage above the counter tops for dishes, glassware, appliances... Truly the best part of the property.
NO outlets in the closets, so good luck combatting the mold mildew problems, as you can't plug in a dehumidifier.
If you are security conscious or interested in getting your money's worth, keep searching. These are not "luxury" by any means.
If you care more about location/convenience, the property is a great choice (but expect at least 15% increases in rent each year).
