PARKING IS MISLEADING
During the leasing process, we were told having two cars was no issue. We loved the apartment and signed the lease. After signing, the agent then said only one vehicle was possible, asking us to “check back.” Five months later, we were told we’d have no luck with a second spot. Meanwhile, the garage looks empty even at night. I now pay $350 monthly at a neighboring building after getting towed twice from guest parking. The misleading claim of “three spaces per unit” is false. We love the... apartment itself, but this would be a 20/10 if they’d simply offer accurate parking. Future tenants, beware of what you’re told.
