The appliances should be updated. People who aren’t on leases shouldn’t be able to park in front of the apartment. They should strictly be for the residents on the lease. If you’re going to include pest in rent then they should spray your apartment every month. Keeping better track of maintenance issues in apartments and finishing them instead of forgetting. Better communication from the front office.

We've had a wonderful time staying at Colony House Apartments this past year! The staff and maintenance crew are very professional and helpful! We have loved our apartment and it has felt very homey and cozy. Grateful for places like Colony House and definitely recommend if you are looking for an apartment!

We love living here, it's quiet and the staff is super nice. The events are fun too and they really bring a family feel. It's also close enough to base and walking distance away from major stores. Awesome location!

We love living in Colony House, the grounds are always kept up. Anytime we have an issue maintenance, Warren, is always happy to help get things fixed. The complex is quiet and it's a place where it's easy to get to know your neighbors.
