I keep getting constant emails about pet documents and insurance that I have sent over and over and over. Never get informed if something is fixed, but 20 emails for 'how did we do.'. Never got an answer about gate working. Charges for things that I shouldn't. Parking is an issue. Very little handicap, never have spaces near. Dogs constantly barking at all hours. Really like the apartment, just have some issues with communication.

It was a very smooth move in and everyone in the office was just as excited as we were! So grateful we made the move to apartment life! The grounds are peaceful and beautiful!

Move in experience went well. It’s a beautiful community and very well kept. We had an issue with the AC on day of move in. Maintenance was there within the hour. Condensation line was clogged. They had it back up and running with 5 minutes.

Love my little community! My daughter has made a lot of friends with the neighbor kids from community events and just being at the pool. We love the extra little events from brunch to pizza parties!

Quiet, always clean. I love it here. Will most likely renew my lease when it’s ready. The only downside is the train that runs but I’ve gotten used to it
