I used to live there and let me say, The community is very nice and very peaceful. The grounds are always clean.
They say you get what you pay for but in Casa Bella I would say they give you a little bit more. Not to mention Nicole
is the best leasing person any one could ask for. Her and Allison are really great and the best part is they are so professional nothing ever breaks and if it does they are very quick to fix it. I had an incident where the storm knock out my A/C and maintence came to… look at it while it was still raining. Well the storm came back and he couldn't finish it which was understandable. But when I got home the next day my apartment was ice cold. Two things you can't beat is a great staff and great maintence! Casa Bella is a very nice gated community. I was a bit nervous at first because the surrounding neighborhoods aren't as nice but it has never been a problem for us. The management is very nice and when we had a issue, the maintenance would come anytime and as soon as possible to help. I love the 24 hour fitness center and the pool area was really fun to have parties and get togethers. Its very close to shopping and there is a beautiful park within walking distance, my kids really enjoyed that.… All in all, I say Casa Bella is the place to be! Read More

My girlfriend and I moved to Jacksonville from Columbia, MO. Since we were both still working up to the last day, we could not get any time to visit the complex in person. The staff at Casa Bella, mainly Nicole, were so friendly and extremely helpful in making us feel comfortable and prepared to make the move to an apartment we had never seen in person. Upon arrival, it was even better than we imagined. There were birds chirping, dogs playfully barking, a shimmering pool basking in the Florida… sunlight. The maintenance men were there and noticed we had two small dogs, and the fed them some dog treats! Now, everytime our dogs see them the run up to the maintenance crew and look at them like a kid in a candy store when the crew hands over some dog treats. This place is amazing and you definitely can not beat the price!

The only down fall is the location is kind of far away from some of the more exciting things to do in Jacksonville, such as Town Center (15-20 minute drive), the beach (20-30minute drive), River Side (30 minute drive), etc. There are times where the area outside of the complex doesn't feel safe, but the apartment complex always does. There are two cops that live here and park their cars noticeably at the entrance. One of them is always on call at night, just in case.

All-in-all, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who can't quite afford the nicer $1000/mo rent. You get a great deal here and the appliances are rather new. Read More

I have looked in the Duval area for apartments for so long and, being a young woman, have felt so uncomfortable in the area and tired of income based apartments with hidden stipulations. This complex is privately owned, which means one solid price for the year's lease, and updated for a young princesses standards. It is a starter apartment and one of the smaller units I've seen, however the upgrades outshine anything I have seen in the area for the best price. Granite counter tops in the kitchen… AND bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, balcony, huge walk in closet, and massive storage in the laundry room. This princess is pleasantly satisfied. The owners are too sweet and very understanding, she really cares for her residents. Maintenance comes within a few hours of calling and give treats to puppies. Honestly the safest, and best bang for buck unit in the Duval area, unlike anything else around. Read More
