Loud, cameras don’t record, manager says they aren’t responsible for cars being vandalized

Don’t move here unless you want to hear your neighbors day and night. They allow multiple families to live in one apartment. The manager lies and does everything she can to not help you once you sign the lease. People are moving out daily since she became the manager.
Find a brand new apartment with two months free rent, better amenities and an actual manager and actual security. This place used to be nice until she drove it into the ground and cops there all night due to noise and violence.... Not safe!

Great place to live!

The home has a great layout. Large balconies. An elevator in every bldg. The staff are all very nice, professional, and courteous. They keep the buildings and grounds beautifully cleaned and maintained. Any assistance I have requested (non emergency) has been complete during the week within 24 hours. Garages are available to rent. Food trucks in front twice a week. 1 mile to Baptist South and Medical Buildings. Many restaurants 1/2 mile away. Grocery, pharmacy, fast food 1.8 miles away... . Yet apartments situated in a treed area that keeps it very peaceful. And the way the buildings are situated very spacious feeling. Not right on top of one another.

Would definitely recommend!
