Do not live here

Lived here for a year and was honestly ready to move out the first week. My apartment had so many baby roaches. Luckily, pest control was able to take care of that with no cost for me. Fire alarm went off multiple times in a week at multiple times of day/night. Even in the middle of the night. Every apartment is only allowed one parking spot. If you have more than one car or roommates you'll have to find street parking and run into the building because the area is not the best and i have been… harassed and followed multiple times. I even feel unsafe in the middle of the day. Things were stolen from my apartment when maintenance came in and I was not home. The leasing office does not respond to emails ever. Good luck getting any response from them. Even if you email the management company directly, still no response. Poor management all around. My rent was extremely cheap, but not worth it at all. Also, my neighbors dog constantly barked and peed in the hallway and elevator and nobody ever did anything about it. It is very disappointing because the apartments seemed so nice during my tour and the leasing office staff at the time was very responsive and kind. Since then, staff has changed a few times and I feel like they got worse every time. I would not recommend these apartments.

The Loft At Brooklyn is a wonderful place to live It has state of the art amenities.
Our friendly Manager Nicole and Assistant Manager Cindy gives the Place a nice homey vibe with a touch of class by ensuring all is kept up.
It's always clean thanks to the groundskeeper Benny who does a terrific job.
If you are looking for a place to call home look no further
make the Loft at Brooklyn nestle in the heart of Brooklyn/Downtown area your new home.
