Lake Point is a great place to live because of the friendly neighbors and staff. The staff and the maintenance they are always here to help ASAP. No job is too big for the Lake Point crew. I have absolutely no grievances against Lake Point in the two years I have lived here????

After living here for one year, I renewed my lease. I love it here. With all the open spaces, I love walking my dog Mandy here . The few maintenance issues I’ve had they had promptly resolved them with no issues

If you are looking for a community in the Melbourne area, be sure and stop by and visit Lake Pointe! A staff and team of true professionals. Nicely maintained grounds, and amenities! Great location in Melbourne! Only minutes away from being beach side along the Atlantic!!!

Great neighborhood, very pet friendly, great maintenance crew and management is very kind! Everyone is so kind to my puppy and helping him transition and learn to love people and they showed him kindness and patience till they won him over and now he loves everyone!! ?? I truly enjoy living here!
