Smoking is only permitted outside, and there is a fine starting at $500 if evidence of smoking inside is found after check-out. A noise ordinance is in place from 10 PM to 8 AM, prohibiting any noise that can be heard by neighbors. No parties are allowed, and only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property. Security cameras are installed outside for safety, and tampering with them will result in a $100 fine. Guests must provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in and sign a rental agreement.
