I've been living at Solitair for 15 months and couldn't be happier. Amenities are great, and management is very attentive to all concerns. Would highly recommend.

Firstly - GREAT location right in the heart of Brickell. 10/10 here without question.
Decent amenities but older gym equipment and pool closed for maintenance since moving in. I think it will be great once complete.
Frequent elevator issues but typically 2-3 of them are working.
The big issue that I reported 4x in service tickets is the strong marijuana smell coming into my apartment from the HVAC closet and through the vents. I have never smoked and the smell is so bad it gives me a... headache. No resolution on this issue.
Be sure to check your unit (I had to rent with a virtual tour due to a cross-country move) for this as tenants shouldn't have to put up with smelling this in their unit.

Solitar Brickell has truly set a high standard in the rental condo market with its exceptional management team, especially Jamie.From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly attentive and responsive to any inquiries or concerns. Their professionalism and commitment to resident satisfaction are evident in everything they do.
Jamie’s team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming community atmosphere, organizing events that foster neighborly connections. Maintenance requests are... handled promptly, ensuring a comfortable living experience. Overall, I can't recommend this condo building enough—it's a great place to call home, largely thanks to Jamie and her amazing management team!

Solitair Brickell is a beautiful place to live, but what really makes it special is the team. Jamie goes out of her way to create a friendly and supportive environment. She is approachable, responsive, and always willing to help with any concern big or small. Thanks to her, living here feels less like just renting an apartment and more like being part of a community.
