a complete letdown
They started great, but a new management company recently started and it's been awful.
Have lived in the building since May, and the experience was overall good (4/5) - the last 2 weeks to a month have been awful. They've removed the concierge, one of the main reasons we chose the building, they've stopped responding to maintenance requests, there are routine water shutoffs, today the water was shut off all morning without notice, and my packages keep returning undeliverable because the doors... are always locked and no one is available to accept them (they sit in the back office away from the doors). I've attempted to both email and call the number and not only do not get an answer, but there is no way to leave a message.
The building is fine (very small gym, subpar business center), but we knew those things going into the lease. We did NOT know that management would completely change the tone and make our experience at a "luxury" apartment so poor. Unless management gets their act together quickly, we will not be renewing our lease.
