Amazing Experience

The experience at Epic Residences has been great. Since I decided to look for a place I was greeted with a warm small and even offered a drink. I had a list of things prior to even looking at the property and this places check all the boxes for me. The apartment complex is very clean and they have a system in place for it to be a fairly new complex I love it. You have apps to get things done without going to leasing office. My apartment is just like the model unit and I love it

Epic Residence Miramar

I moved into the Epic Residence at Miramar in 2023 and have had a positive experience since my arrival. I have not encountered any issues or concerns, thanks to the professionalism of the leasing staff, particularly Zamira and Lorenay. They manage everything efficiently and consistently demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Amazing staff and great place to live

I absolutely love where I live. Lorainy and Zamira are amazing leasing professionals that Are attentive and make sure the process of moving in is easy and streamlined. Also, the property is very well-maintained and the maintenance team is very quick to fix anything in the unit. I absolutely love the weekly food trucks and sense of community.
