Amazing New Management

I’ve been living in this community for about a year now, and I wanted to share an updated perspective. When I first moved in, I honestly found myself counting down the days until my lease would end. I chose this complex because it’s part of a company I had a great experience with in the past, so my expectations were high—but initially, it didn’t live up to them.

However, in just the past few weeks, the change in management has made a noticeable difference. You can truly see the effort being put… into improving the community, and it finally feels like things are moving in the right direction. The environment is becoming more organized, better maintained, and overall more aligned with what I originally expected.

I also see it as a positive step that rules are being enforced, as it helps create a more respectful and comfortable living environment for everyone.

I also want to recognize Manager Natalia, the office staff, and the maintenance team. They have been consistently responsive, professional, and very kind, which truly makes a difference in day-to-day living.

I’m genuinely happy to see these improvements and hopeful about what’s ahead. It’s a great feeling to finally enjoy where you live.

Great Experience

I loved living at Epic Residences! Zamira was so helpful from the start and I couldn't have chose a better place to move when I moved to Florida. Unfortunately, I have to move out because we have a home now. I'm going to miss the coffee and the common space and the staff so much.

Loved living here!

Everyone was kind and helpful, the maintenance team was always there quickly when needed, the leasing office was the best (shout out Zamira) and we loved the area, our appt was nice and the pool area was also great! :)
