Wake Biscayne Bay - North Apartments

Unsafe, parking is a nightmare, no security, hallways are littered in trash

• UNSAFE community to live in
• none of the machines at the gym work
• no cameras
• staff are unpleasant & unprofessional
• The rent bill is inconsistent every month (more expensive than you agreed to paying)
• trash everywhere. This place is FILTHY.
• everything is broken

Horrible experience with this Management company at their Wake Biscayne Bay property. We made an application which had to pay a total of $725 for a family of three. After 2 weeks of uncertainty and me calling them EVERY DAY to check up on things and them EVERY DAY telling me they would call back and nothing, well, I decided to take time out of work and go there. Our application had not even been seen yet, the apartment we reserved was already given to someone else. They mentioned that I would... get an email to tell me about my refund for the applicant's fee. Guess what? No Email after 3 days. I called back and obviously, no response from the management team, too busy to speak to me says Maria. The person who I left daily messages with. She then mentions that she does not know precisely when I will get the refund, that a check would get mailed to me and it would take from 15 days to hopefully a month. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. I should of known immediately the same day when I made my first application fee that 3 residents were there at the office and all had complaints with management and not seen. I rarely leave reviews on places but playing with people's money is beyond the limit. You take application fees to do the work that takes 10 minutes. Stop playing with people's money and refund what’s not yours. It should take no longer than 3 days to get this back. I Want my Money Back!!!

it sucks! starting with the entrance full of garbage, dog pee and poo, garbage, the mailroom does not work, the lockers, the packages are thrown everywhere and are lost or stolen, the elevators have expired maintenance permits since more than one year, sometimes none of them work, the laundry is disgusting to wash clothes there full of cockroaches and the garbage overflows from the drainpipe. the carpets in the corridors are disgusting, they are not vacuumed, they are 10 floors 10 apt per... floor and there was only 1 cleaning lady, the air conditioning in the apartment sounds like a sinking ship, the appliances are old and malfunction and the bathrooms just the same they put a coating on it, sometimes there is no hot water and you pay $100 for water. The police have to come every weekend because disturbances, fights and scandals. They arise the rent 100% and the managers never have time to attend resident in the office neither responds emails, if you finally talk with one, all the staff is rude and no manners at all. This place is terrible the elevators is not working for 4 month only service elevator work intermittently and you have to take stairs case. The stairs cases are super dirty with dog urine everywhere. The hallways same
