You guys need to do better regarding homeless people using our building..
clean the trash area is full of roaches and little flies .
The parking garage situation . When there is an event they are loud I. The garage and they speed is super dangerous . Clean the hallways better . People smoking in the stairwell

Just be fair and honest to tell the tenants new and old that things don't get repaired in a timely manner as they should. I asked for Carpet Cleaning and it always a big deal about that as well. I could write a book about this place from the damaged ceiling, the molded and mildew areas, the exercise room have been unreplaceable for months for which we pay for the amenities but our monthly rent is being taken and steady going up with no satisfaction to the tenants.
