Just be fair and honest to tell the tenants new and old that things don't get repaired in a timely manner as they should. I asked for Carpet Cleaning and it always a big deal about that as well. I could write a book about this place from the damaged ceiling, the molded and mildew areas, the exercise room have been unreplaceable for months for which we pay for the amenities but our monthly rent is being taken and steady going up with no satisfaction to the tenants.

I wouldn’t recommend City View. The living experience could be significantly improved by addressing the ongoing cleanliness and maintenance concerns throughout the property.

I think this is a beautiful building. The residents I'm very friendly. Everyone says, hello, I'm new to the building can't wait to see the results of the construction. That's going on. It looks like this company has good plans for the residents that live here.

Everybody at the office and Maintenance they always go extra mile to help me and other people here they always try to do the best in work and service. I’m very satisfied the way they tricked me. I am totally blind and they always try to work with me and everything I do or I need yeah I see and we other people talk that they say they do a good job in the office are Maintenance. I’m very satisfied to leave here. Would love to live here.
