Over priced
Apartment is over priced for nothing upgrade, if you upgrade u pay it all year long and as long as u live in that apartment, which is sick . Garbage never on time, appliances needed upgrade. Awful. Don’t let the pictures fool u or the area. Pay to much for so little

Everything is awful
I have lived in many apartments in my life, but never experienced such apathy in office staff as I have at the Falls of Pembroke. I Call for maintenance issues all the time and no one ever comes to fix after the first or second call To the office. It usually takes a 3rd call, which is completely unacceptable. The reason I am writing this review is because what has happened this weekend. I have a leak, it’s spreading, my floors are soaked. I called yesterday and was told they would send someone... right away. NO ONE EVER CAME. Secondly, I have mold in my vent, which is dangerous to my health. Do you think anyone came to fix this? I understand that there will always be apartments with other issues, but doesn’t a leak and mold take precedent? I hate writing negative reviews as I love to support businesses in our community.... but this place is an absolute horror show and they deserve as much publicity about their, “awfulness” as we can give them. Stay away. There are other places. Check them out!

Surroundings and painting
It's nice just that they have to do more maintenance on the outside. It seems they haven't painted it for years. If they want people to move, paint the buildings and keep them cared for.
