So far the experience has been well. I am hoping that it will be a better experience than my last one that was really a terrible one . The maintenance team has been on top of the repairs our washer was not working they provided a brand new one and communicated the steps that would be taken. The ladies in the office have been extremely helpful especially Nancy!!! Miah also has helped a lot with this process … appreciate them

Nancy does great, small adjustments with communication and maintenance task being completed would be great. Overall 7/10 experience here but could be better
