Absolutely don’t go through the Property management to rent

Probably one of the WORST experiences of my life living somewhere.
I have lived in University Apartments and plenty of other places and this really takes the lead on one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with.

After you rent they completely ghost you on any issues that arise, and they are OFTEN. Everything breaks and had my AC breaking every week in summer and they ignored me.

Melissa also not to mention when I first went to sign my lease told me I would be… getting a specific unit I looked at and then tried to put a completely different smaller house on the lease WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME.
That honestly should’ve been a red flag in itself but silly me.

Absolutely terrible terrible company and property manager assigned.

If you think to rent just go through a private owner.

Security System has failed to prevent car thieves and home breaking's in this community

My daughter has a home there; and it is so sad that the Security System is not helping to prevent car thieves and home breaking's in this community. As for the Pompano Beach Police, all they do is take report and not making it a priority. What your property needs to do is to enforce security from 11:00pm to 5:00am with armed security personnel and every entrance and exit from this property with camaras. All residents vehicle to have a property identification pass and visitors. Have during these… hours the security armed guards check all vehicles entering the property.

Security at Orchid Grove is performed by the Homeowners Association. They take the security of the residents very seriously. The security personnel is onsite every night of the week. Unfortunately, issues do still occur. The Broward County Sheriffs… Department urges people to lock there vehicles and to not leave valuables in their vehicles. The units we have available all have hurricane impact glass and are pre-installed with ADT Alarms. These are some of the safest units around.
