Slow to repair only elevator
Since Hawthorne Residential Partners has acquired this property it has gone downhill. The previous office manager took an invested interest in the wellbeing of residents. After the acquisition, management personnel changed and now we have gone probably over three weeks without the one and only elevator in the main building. It’s frankly not a priority for them because they get away with it.
