staff is very friendly. trash valet is a bit inconvenient at times as well as the compactor being a very far walk to take large trash out. Wish the dog poop wasn’t a constant issue.

Condescending Janeen "the manager"
I had a very disappointing experience with the management here. They seem to operate like robots, completely disconnected from the needs and concerns of the residents. Communication is poor, and when you try to work through issues, they come off as indifferent and even condescending, rather than being helpful. It's as if they forget that we, the residents, are the ones who are supporting their income. Their attitude is harsh, and there's no sense of understanding or empathy. It feels like... dealing with machines, not actual people. I truly believe they need to work on being kinder and more professional—after all, without the residents, they wouldn’t be in business.

So far my experience has been very nice. The complex is clean and the apartment itself is cozy. The staff is helpful and the amenities are up to date and accessible.

Great management and maintenance. Apartments are in great condition and spacious. I love it here! The amenities are great, I specifically like the gym and pickleball courts. Can’t wait for summer here.
