Great place to call home
Bold is the best, truly one of a kind! The team has been perfect ever since moving in. Danielle has gone above and beyond to answer any questions and make this place a home for all the residents. It is in a great location near all of the best Sarasota has to offer!

Lower rent prices for a reason
Compared to other downtown apartment choices, this property is priced lower for a good reason. We've had a terrible experience here and are currently looking to move elsewhere.

wow... just wow.
This place is an actual dump. They label themselves as luxury living which is hilarious. I have lived here for a short time period and these are the issues I have already ran into- trash shoot broke, elevator broke, car break ins in the parking garage, and "short staffed" maintenance to name a few. There is a cafe next door owned by Bold which is super convenient except for the fact that there is never an employee working even when the hours posted on the door claim they are open? The water here... also smells like sewage and the Wi-fi included in the outrageous rent barely works. I genuinely do not know if this place has any real staff. Do not rent.

Great Location - Not Great Managment
Great location and a nice building to live in, but the company that runs it clearly tries to extract extra money out of its tenants however it can. Random additional fines for extremely petty things, and beyond that taking $1300 off of our security deposit when we moved out! Granted our cat did chew the strings off of the blinds, so I understand that charge, BUT they also charged hundreds of dollars EACH for things such as a coffee stain on the kitchen wall, a coffee stain on the carpet, and a... few small holes from picture nails that amounted to the rest of their inflated estimate.
