A nice place to stay near campus. Being near publix is a big plus, overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend people to stay here in the future

The lease sign up process is pretty simple and easy. The facilities/amenties are very nice. The rooms are a standard size, and parking is free which is very good!

It’s better than the other apartments. It is nice and cozy. It has enough room and not as hectic as other residential buildings and areas. I love it !

Great experience all around except for the delta chi and pike noise. I would 100% live here again if not for them. They are generally not an issue except for the two or three times a month they throw a party during the week.

Well kept up place with great staff. Some nights do get loud around 2-3am but that's to be expected at any complex. Apartments was clean and ready at move in. Great location
