Cockroaches/Bugs

Very bad experience, I left after 7 months. Brand new unit with Palmetto bugs coming in regularly, American roaches, spiders, small centipede bugs, and ants. Gaps under all doors to the unit.

Best place to call home in Vero Beach!

Absolutely thrilled to call The Griffon my home! From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I had found my perfect sanctuary. The beautiful design and cozy vibe make every day feel like a retreat. Whether I’m curling up with a book or enjoying a movie night, this apartment is my happy place!

But it’s not just the apartment that makes The Griffon special; it’s the amazing community! The friendly neighbors and welcoming atmosphere create a sense of belonging that is hard to find. I love… chatting with everyone during our morning coffee runs in the Clubhouse. ? Speaking of coffee, can we talk about how fantastic it is? It’s the perfect pick-me-up to start my day off right!

Outstanding property and staff

Visited a few properties in vero bch. The griffon is by far the best. Brenda was great. She answered all our questions easily and was very helpful
