No mail (moved in on 11/3 and now 12/24)
I moved into this apartment on 11/3 recently and have had a number of issues that are lasting through 12/24. I want to be fully transparent as I'm not sure where many of these reviews are coming from.
1. I have not been able to get mail sent to my local mailbox. The apartment states they have an issue with homeland security and that we are missing locks on our mailboxes. As of now, I'm only able to pick up my mail from USPS in Dresden which is only open 9 am - 5 pm from Monday-Saturday. That's... right, if you have any normal working job, you can only pick up your mail on Saturday. Also prepare for a 20 min drive to usps dresden and 30 min in line.
2. I was told we would have amazon lockers for our deliveries. These haven't been set up. I have already had issues where amazon is not able to deliver my package to the building. I have now had to cancel two amazon orders because of this. I don’t even know if I’m missing deliveries from work.
3. Prepare to walk and lift. There is one trash chute in the long hallways. It’s my daily exercise. Also, we have no carousels or anything to carry up groceries to our apartments from the garage. Lastly, don’t bother reserving a garage space, someone will always park in it.
4. I'm very skeptical of the reviews on google now after my experience. I did not get some extravagant welcome as listed by some of these reviews nor do I see enough residents around on a daily basis to truly explain so many reviews.
In the meantime, I look forward to getting my mail as a normal tenant should in their apartment.
