This is a great place to live. You cannot beat the location and the price is very reasonable. Responsive management and maintenance team. Also, a good community vibe, safe and pleasant.

This has always been the best location in Atlanta to live next to the Beltline, Parks and VA Hi and Midtown nightlife. It has many friendly and supportive dog & cat loving neighbors. Since taking over a year or so ago. VAHI (Rangewater) management have been doing a brilliant job - they have taken a complex in a very poor state with a lot of issues. Resolved them in next to no time and have around a 95% occupancy rate when it was about 50% when they took over. They show great empathy in dealing... with tenants. New initiatives such as pool parties and college football screenings have been great. I recommend living here - you'll love it!

Virginia Highlands Apartment Homes is a gem! The location is unbeatable - you're right in the heart of everything, with great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The management team is great. They're always on top of things, super friendly, and quick to respond to any issues. The apartments are nice and modern, and there's a real sense of community here. Virginia Highlands Apartment Homes is worth checking out if you're looking for a well-managed place in a prime location!
