Tenant for over a year

PEACEFUL! QUIET! And they actually answer when you call for help. ELIZABETH IS THEEEEEEE BEST !!!!!! Please don’t listen to the fake reviews. The new management is great and the place is nice and clean!
Kids play outside and go in when the street lights come on. The gate is there. The gym is great! I’ve referred 3 people and they LOVE IT!

Under new management

The building itself is now quiet and well-maintained. The new management is always quick to respond to any concerns (Elizabeth specifically is super great and makes everything easy to understand). There is always something to do like the gym or pool. I like the location too as it is close to everything (shops, restaurants, and public transportation). The people are cool, never any fights or arguments. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here. I recommend it to anyone.

WORST PLACE EVER!

I would give this place a 0 star rating. They are the worst apartment complex we have ever stayed in. Nothing but dead rats, blood flies, and spiders. Emergency maintenance is a joke! The entire apartment flooded in sewage and no one came to rectify the problem. DONT STAY HERE! It would be the worst decision you'll ever make!

Nice New Condo

If your looking for a convenient condo this is it. Newly renovated with all the amenities! The office staff is kind and quiet accommodating. This would be a treat to move here!
