Please dont rent

Never rent these apartments. I am new to Atlanta, and this is my first apartments. I am a current resident here and will be leaving soon after my lease in ending this month.

Pros:
1. Apartments are near to major markets and city center.
2. Silent community with friendly staff except for manager (Please see Cons)
3. Ample parking available without any disturbance. Neat outside area.

Cons:
1. Apartments are not as advertised in website.
2. You will get a worst customer service from manager. Why… do the management place a person with a very rude character and treat customers different in an important role ?
3. Manager promises are just words and if you are renting the apartment here, make sure whatever you have asked for is provided and written in the lease agreement and you have seen it. Generally, the placement of room is totally management decision and its difficult to change.
4. Lease agreement is just a paper for us. But when it comes to money the management is strict.
5. Manager is very responsive and talks in pleasing way until you rent the apartment. Once you have it leased, you will see the other side.
6. Apartment appliances are too old, and the electricity consumption is a lot. I paid 170$ in may
7. Work order is never immediate. Once you place a work order you will have to wait at least 10 days.
8. There is only two ways to pay the rent. Either a check or online and for both we will need to pay the convenience fee of 1.95$ every time. Why don’t they take cash?
9. A sincere request for new residents: Unless you don’t have any options around the area to rent, please don’t take this apartment community. Its an inside cheating happening and once you move in its just money which talks to the management. PLEASE BE AWARE!

I am sure someone from the management is going to comment here saying that sorry , I had this. But its not going to change.

TO MANGEMENT: Please no need to respond me. But only request is please don't cheat any new people renting the apartments. Most of the time people who rent this community is going to be students so PLEASE DONT CHEAT THEM.

Ready to serve

They are ready to hear and serve residents always! Especially, I love the small forest behind my unit. In the morning I can hear the sound of nature!

Don't live here

Please do not live here. The location is great and the rent is affordable (for now) but there are a great many problems in this apartment. First, is the manager, who I have to say is the most unprofessional manager I have met. She is not efficient and has a very bad attitude. If there were any other manager, this place would be fine. The maintenance is ok for the most part but slow. The units are old with dysfunctional appliances (I got a shock from sparks coming from the stove) and cupboards… that break. There is no ac in the gym, the appliances don't work and the pool is almost always "under repair". I never write reviews but had to write a review for this place because I don't want anyone else to suffer with this manager unless she leaves.
