Everyone is very nice whenever I have a maintenance issue it’s taken care of. I really enjoy living here. They keep the ground clean. If you have a question about what going on in the community, they will let you know.

Maintenance responds and fixes the issue.
• The office sends a follow-up message asking if everything is working properly.
• The resident receives a reminder about an upcoming community event (like a free taco night).
• The property is clean, well-lit, and feels safe.
• Staff greets the resident by name when they walk into the office.

I have lived here since 2018 and I have seen several changes in the office and maintenance staffs through the years. It was a shock to my system. I still have maintenance problems in my unit that was mentioned to the leasing office and maintenance that was never fixed. I know there has been changes in the staff,but my maintenance issues have been dismissed.

Takes some getting used to. I’ve just moved here a year ago new to Atlanta and new to the area. But I love my choice it’s super quiet, I’m definitely happy with my choice of living
