really appreciate how quickly the apartment management responded to my request to fix the patio lights. The maintenance team handled it in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly. It’s nice to see issues addressed so efficiently

I reported a leak in my bathroom when I moved there three years ago. The leak was never addressed. It caused the bathroom ceiling to crumble several times it caused damage to the bathtub because it was underneath it management never addressed the issue it resulted in a pipe busting over the bathroom, which resulted in water coming out of all the air vents and shooting out of the walls to the point where there were two holes in the walls and water came out out of the walls like a water faucet the... issue was reported as an emergency maintenance came and turned off the water, but they never came in the apartment to dry the wall walls or the carpet. I was told that it was my responsibility because I had possession of the apartment by the management office. There’s black mold on the windowsills. There’s black mold in the wall walls. Now there’s mold in the carpet management will do absolutely nothing about it.. do not move here. My neighbor’s apartment has a stove that comes on in the middle of the night management will not switch it out. Her apartment is caught fire more than once. The whole complex is invested with roaches. They sent an exterminator out twice in three years save yourself a lot of heartache and stress and move somewhere else. Read More

I lived in the apartment 614 with my sister and son for just a year before moving out. We moved in august 28,2022. The reason why we moved is because there was a roaches infestation in the apartment and also mold as well. We had roaches all over the apartment. Roaches coming out of the microwave, fridge, my dishes, bathrooms as well. There has been countless times when I'm sleeping and I'll have to wake up because there is a roach crawling on my body. If you leave your food uncovered, there... will be roaches inside by the time you get back. We got sick countless of times.I spoke to Bonnie severally about this and nothing was done. I have to call for pest control every week but we were told that nothing can be done because we have a german roach infestation. I had a friend bring me a medicine for roaches from my country and nothing worked. I even bought some roach medicines at Walmart and Home Depot but nothing worked. I have lived at other apartments before and I have never experienced this before. The biggest mistake we made was not reading reviews before moving into the community. Apparently I went online and people have had similar experiences in the past. Also, there was a garden snake that was found in the middle of our hallway a month before we moved out. I wasn’t home on that day. I was told by my neighbors that the snake went into our apartment and when I tell you till I left no animal control was called to come and check the apartment. My sister, son and I had to stay in a hotel for a while and when we couldn’t afford that anymore, we started staying with friends till we moved. I have pictures of the snake found in the hallway, roaches, and the cracks all over the house that the roaches hides in. I wish I could upload the pictures. Wesley Place Apartments has been a great place to live so far (I've lived here for over a year).

The grounds are super well kept(which is a huge deal to me personally.) The leasing agents, especially Wendy, were super helpful and knowledgeable about what can be done to help you as a renter out. Wendy and the quality of living at this complex had me sold within 10 minutes.
