Infested with roaches
The gaskets on the faucets are detached, so there's a wide opening for roaches to hide and nest, the front and back doors are not sealed properly and the widows wont shut all the way. There are roaches imbedded in the walls from them just painting over them without cleaning up first, you have to shampoo the carpet yourself because there is a strong smell of animal pee from the previous owners, and this after they shampooed it. they have unpredictable fees that they will add on without any notice... or explanation, so read you lease before signing they will not tell you about them at move in.
