Not happy so far. The Gym has been renovating for months. The trash area is always dirty with trash pilling up everywhere specially over the weekend. This was never an issue with the previous administration.

Our fitness center was undergoing renovations at a point, but it is open and available to... use. Our groundskeeper takes care of the trash compactor area, but we will reach out to see how we can improve the compactor on the weekends.

The transfer in management was not smooth. I moved in during the transfer and received my apartment as if it had not been freshened up. It looked like someone was still living there just without furniture. Before the new management, when I first moved in, the apartment was nicely freshened up.

We understand how important it is to feel comfortable and welcome in your new... home, and we regret that this was not the case for you.

Your concerns about our service team's response time and move-in readiness are being taken seriously. We had 200 work orders submitted upon transition of management. We have hired more team members and cut down on a lot of the service requests. The experience you had will not be the standard moving forward. While the transition in management has brought some challenges, we are actively working to ensure that service and apartment conditions meet our residents’ expectations.
