New Management is bad
The new management team that took over earlier this year has been disappointing. While they may present a friendly face during tours, their treatment of residents after move-in has been noticeably indifferent and at times dismissive.
Key issues include:
Elevator outages: Elevators have been out of service for several months with no clear timeline for repair.
Biased management practices: There appears to be favoritism, with certain individuals - reportedly family members of management - acting... as though they have authority over other residents.
Unwelcoming environment in Building 1: Some residents have exhibited discriminatory and hostile behavior from management and residents, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for others. Additionally, if you live on the Penthouse, 8th, or 7th floor, be prepared for constant noise from the gym above weights slamming can be heard throughout the day and night
If you're considering moving in, I recommend speaking directly with current residents to get a fuller picture of what living here is really like.
